During the test drive after servicing, the service engineer called me and said,

"Sir, I made a mistake due to which the front tyre of your car got scratched, and it's now leaking air. We have an old spare tyre—shall I install it?". Since this is the same service engineer who has been working with me since 2013, I calmly said,. "Just replace it with the stepney for now. I have a warranty, so I'll get a new tyre by paying the difference. No worries."

 सर्विस के बाद टेस्ट ड्राइव के दौरान, सर्विस इंजीनियर ने मुझे कॉल किया और कहा,. "सर, मुझसे एक गलती हो गई है, जिसकी वजह से आपकी कार के फ्रंट टायर पर स्क्रैच आ गए हैं और अब उसमें से हवा निकल रही है। हमारे पास एक पुराना स्पेयर टायर है — क्या मैं उसे लगा दूं?".  चूंकि यही सर्विस इंजीनियर 2013 से मेरे साथ काम कर रहे हैं, मैंने शांति से कहा,  "फिलहाल स्टेपनी वाला टायर ही लगा दो। मेरे पास वारंटी है, मैं थोड़ा एक्स्ट्रा पे करके नया टायर ले लूंगा। कोई बात नहीं।"
